Clare MacKay

OPDC Investigator

Professor of Imaging Neuroscience, Clare Mackay, heads a group who use the latest neuroimaging techniques to study brain structure and function in healthy controls, individuals at risk of developing disease and patient populations. In OPDC she supervises the acquisition and analysis of MRI data for people with Parkinson's  and individuals at increased genetic risk of developing Parkinson's later in life. With her team, she will investigate whether measures of functional integrity in brain networks are sensitive to detect the earliest changes associated with Parkinson's.
